I’ve spent the last 15 years working in Charleston’s hospitality industry, from hotel sales to the Charleston tourism board, helping visitors experience the very best of this city.

I’ve coordinated wedding room blocks from nearly every perspective.

I’ve worked inside hotels helping wedding couples.

I’ve represented Charleston as a destination working with destination weddings.

And I’ve planned my own Charleston wedding.

That means I understand both the hotel’s perspective and yours.

We’ll discuss your venue, guest count, wedding weekend plans, budget, and where your guests are traveling from.

02. I Research Charleston Hotels

Using my local knowledge and hotel relationships, I’ll source up to ten hotel options that fit your needs.

03. We Narrow It Down

Too many choices overwhelm guests.

Together we’ll select up to three hotels that provide the best combination of location, value, and guest experience.

04. I Handle the Coordination

I’ll communicate with each hotel, negotiate contract terms, review policies, and present everything in a clear, easy-to-undersand format.

You’ll remain the contract signer, but you’ll never have to navigate it alone.

Investment

A one-time $100 planning fee reserves your project in my calendar and covers the personalized research, hotel sourcing, contract review, and coordination that goes into creating your room block strategy.

After your room blocks are confirmed, I’m compensated directly by the hotels through a standard industry commission.

Hotels already build commission into their rates whether a guest books through a hotel website, an online travel agency, or a travel advisor.

It doesn’t increase your room rates.

It simply means that commission supports someone who’s personally invested in making your wedding weekend a success.

Questions? I have answers!

I recommend no more than three hotels. Offering too many options often creates decision fatigue for guests. Three thoughtfully selected hotels usually provide the perfect balance.

Absolutely. If you already have favorites, I’ll include them whenever possible and provide recommendations based on my experience.

That’s completely fine. Your room blocks simply provide recommended options and special rates for guests who choose to stay within them.
