Sunsets in Charleston | Part Two 🌅

If you’re searching for where to watch sunset in Charleston, the Charleston Harbor Resort & Marina is always worth the stop.

Between the boats, the breeze, and the open water, it’s one of those places that feels instantly peaceful.

This sunset ended with a rainbow and it was the most beautiful surprise 🌈🤍

There’s nothing I love more than a slow morning on

There’s nothing I love more than a slow morning on Sullivan’s Island especially when it ends at The Obstinate Daughter. ☀️

It’s casual, coastal, and home to one of my favorite brunches in Charleston. You can order breakfast favorites like açaí bowls, scones, and egg sandwiches or go straight for pizza and pasta.

Our go-to order to share: chocolate filled sweet rolls, vegetarian version of the short rib gnocchi, and the shrimp roll with Marsh Hen Mill frites.

Save this for your next beach morning and follow @leisurelycharleston for all things Charleston.

Sunsets in Charleston | Part One 🌅

If you’re wondering where to watch sunset in Charleston, Sullivan’s Island is always my go-to.

It’s laid-back, uncrowded, and the sky shows off every single night.

Grab a pizza and make it a picnic dinner on the beach or simply stroll the beach and let the sunset find you.

Any station is great, honestly.
• Station 21 is popular and an easy walk to restaurants for dinner after plus you’ll get beautiful views of the lighthouse.
• Near Station 10, you can see across to Fort Sumter, the Charleston skyline and the Ravenel Bridge.
• This clip was taken from Station 28 which is quiet, wide open, and so peaceful.

How to actually visit Rainbow Row 🤍 Grab a coffe

How to actually visit Rainbow Row 🤍

Grab a coffee and wander by in the morning before it feels busy or staged. No rush, no photoshoot. Just pretty pastel houses, quiet streets, and soft Charleston light.

Rainbow Row is best when you treat it like part of a walk, not a stop on a list.

If you’re planning a trip, this is your reminder to wander a little slower. That’s where the magic is.
